As you may have guessed, this war is anything but a spontaneous step. I have already expanded the fortifications on Festung Erpel through the addition of a few cannon towers and a large wharf for the repair of my battleships. Likewise, I already transferred over to it a large part of my army.

The other half is still on my main island, however I will now also ship it over to my future base of operations.

Time for my fleet to assemble!

I could just home in onto the enemy with my entire fleet and be successful, but such a brute and inelegant warfare would not be worthy enough to write about it. Thus I will deploy a different tactic and first split my ships into three groups.

Darius, Siegfried, The Liberator, and Moselle will form the first one.

Wallenstein, Bismarck, and Lettow-Vorbeck shall be the second group.

And the last group will consist of, Longinus, Excalibur, Mjölnir, and Söldner.

Since the CPU is not that naive and would notice if I suddenly arrive with eleven battleships in front of their harbour, each group will be positioned a bit apart.

And since I am not a savage and have manners and also my standards when it comes to honour and politeness, I am going to hand in a formal declaration of war to my opponent before launching an attack. Naturally. This means that the advantage of surprise will be lost, but anything else would just be disgraceful.

In the next update, I shall commence the battle!
